Vážený pane Damek, děkujeme za Vaší recenzi. Velmi se omlouváme, ale rezervace zněla na tento typ pokoje, který má v popisu, že se jedná o pokoj s vlastním externím sociálním zařízením. Větráček nás mrzí, dojde k výměně. Co se týče dálkového ovládání k TV a nedostupnosti Wi-Fi, tak to si myslím že stačilo upozornit obsluhu a jistě by došlo k okamžité nápravě.
Přesto Vám velice děkujeme za Váš názor, který je pro nás velmi důležitý.
